CZone Error “Upgrade Failed” - Any Thoughts?

Question:

I recently changed my batteries to lithium and now when booting up my CZONE system I get an error message on the CZONE panel saying "upgrade failed" "retry upgrade procedure". I was wondering if you had encountered that error message before. My CZONE COI is working fine..and my manual buttons are fully functional...it's the CZONE Touch 5 panel that errors out. Thank you for your thoughts, Rick

Thanks for the reach out, unfortunately, we’ve never come across this error before. Curious, how does your CZone know what type of battery you have and would does CZone actually do anything with this battery type info?
