Pacific Yacht Systems is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator - Marine, this is a full-time position. We are looking for someone to join our team and grow with us on a long-term basis. It is a key role in our organization, and previous suitable experience is a requirement. Our office is relaxed, but busy, we have a fun working environment, and everyone lends a hand.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in an operations role in a service company, preferably in a small company setting. The job requires top notch work ethic, time management, attention to detail, and someone who can own areas of responsibility, with minimal supervision.

With headquarters in beautiful Vancouver, BC, we have enabled boaters to realize their dreams as a leader in the sales, design, installation, and service of custom electronics, electrical, and heating systems for the marine industry.In addition to onboard installations and service in our local territory, PYS also offers design and consultation services for a wide range of clients and yachts around the globe. Typically, this design work is undertaken remotely, using electronic communications and information sharing. We are currently seeking a Marine Electrical Systems Design Manager to join our team.

Design consultations are the future! Thanks to the growing success of PYS’ ‘Boating Tech Talk’ Youtube channel and our emphasis on making sure the job is done right, boaters the world over are inspired and empowered to D-I-Y the electrical projects aboard their boats. They rely on PYS to ensure no detail has been overlooked and to help them create a plan to ensure they and their family are safe on the water. We are looking for a Marine Electrical Systems Design Manager to help us grow and manage this popular vertical. You will field all sales inquiries for remote electrical consultations, support with project management, create sales targets and revenue projections, manage invoicing and provide superior customer service for a busy queue of boaters from all over the world. The Marine Electrical/Electronics Design Manager will also provide consultations and design services to boaters. There are a lot of moving parts so you must love working with people and live for the details.

Roton Industries has been supplying marine electronics and heating systems to recreational boaters for over forty years. We have increased our showroom space and are looking for an outgoing person who is super organized and takes great pride in a job well done. Until now, our solutions team has been doing everything, and they are looking for some help. Our office is relaxed but busy, we have a fun working environment, and everyone lends a hand.

Our clients love their boats, and they come to us looking for marine electronics. Whether it is a new chartplotter, depth sounder, radar, AIS, Sat TV, or even a heating system. Your job is to meet with them on the phone, online or in-person and help them choose the best products for the way they use their boat. You must be familiar with boating terminology and be tech-savvy. But most importantly, you must like working with lots of different people. You must be pro-active, think on your feet and predict what is necessary to meet our clients' expectations. They love their boats, and it is your job to ensure that they have the best experience possible. Pacific Yacht Systems Inc. (PYS) is a marine electrical and electronic systems specialist based in Vancouver, BC. We provide services for recreational boaters throughout the Lower Mainland and other areas of coastal British Columbia.

Are you a qualified electrical technician with a passion for boating? Do you have strong analytical skills and an ability to "diagnose on the go?" Do you take pride in doing things the right way the first time, every time? We are always looking for marine electrical technicians with boating experience and strong people skills who can help our clients get out on the water. Prior training and certification from ABYC and NMEA are assets.
