Is a Second AC Neutral Bus Required for the Circuits Powered Solely by the Inverter?

Jeff, I will be installing a Xantrex XC 3000W inverter/charger in the spring. In your video you mention that a second AC neutral bus is required for the circuits powered solely by the inverter. How is the white wire from shore power run in this setup? - Rich

You are 100% correct, both the hot and neutral OUT of the inverter need to be separated into their own load bus. The Neutral IN to the inverter comes from the shore power bus after the double pole main breaker, the hot IN to the inverter should be fed by a dedicated circuit breaker after the double pole main breaker.
