The electrical equipment on Earl’s Camano 31, Kittiwake, needed upgrading. PYS surveyed the boat from stem to stern and found a number of existing problems, which made the job more complicated than originally planned. But the PYS team persisted, putting their collective expertise to use until the work was completed satisfactorily.
Earl was particularly impressed with PYS’ level of communications. “They always called to keep me informed of the status of their work,” he states. In fact, he feels it’s the communication that sets PYS apart: they listened to what Earl needed and they talked about what they were doing every step of the way.
"Boats are unpredictable," says Earl, "but the service on them should not be. PYS did what they said they would do."
The clean, organized manner in which PYS operated left Earl satisfied that the technicians were very competent and service-oriented. He has a high level of confidence in their professionalism.
