The SPOT product family uses both the GPS satellite network to determine a customer's location and the Globalstar network to transmit messages and GPS coordinates to others including an international rescue coordination center.

I have an MS IP600 Fusion stereo on my boat and it gets the iPod so hot it's hard to handle. It also messes up the iPod so I have to constantly reformat it. Have you heard of this and is there a solution?
