It’s better to have the work done right and spend your money well the first time,
says Michael. I feel much safer now when I’m on the boat, and safety is the first priority. I don't have to worry about turning switches on and off. I can just turn the key and enjoy the boat.

Q: 
I have a Raymarine chartplotter with a NMEA 0183 GPS. I would like to add an AIS receiver and weather station, which are both also NMEA 0183, but my chartplotter does not have enough NMEA 0183 ports. How can I make this work?
